Geenius Gaming

About Geenius Gaming

Geenius Gaming is a small collection of games that run in your browser. Tap one and it starts. There is nothing to download, nothing to install, no App Store, no account, and nothing to pay.

Why it exists

Most web game portals treat a tablet as a small desktop. Controls are built for a mouse, the layout assumes a keyboard is always attached, and half the games will not run at all. The games here are built the other way round: touch first, laid out for the screen you are actually holding rather than shrunk to fit it.

That starts with the iPad, which is where these games are designed and tested, and where a Magic Keyboard turns one tablet into a genuinely good two-player machine. Games that also work well on a phone say so on their own page, with the arenas and controls redrawn for the smaller screen rather than simply scaled down.

Who makes them

Every game is built in-house at Geenius Solutions, an independent studio in Belgium. Each game is written from scratch rather than licensed in, which is why there are not hundreds of them.

What it costs

Nothing, and that is the plan. The site is intended to be paid for by ordinary display advertising once enough people are playing. Those ads will sit around the games, never on top of them: no adverts before a game starts, none in the middle of a round, and no pop-ups. If an advert ever interrupts your game, something has gone wrong and you should tell us.

Getting in touch

Bugs, ideas, and complaints are all welcome at info@geenius-solutions.com.

Add it to your Home Screen

In Safari on your iPad, tap the share button and choose Add to Home Screen. The site then opens like an app, full screen, with no browser bar in the way.
