Using the site
Geenius Gaming is free to use. Play as much as you like. Please do not attempt to break the site, overload it, or use it to distribute anything harmful to other players.
The games belong to us
The games, their code, artwork, sound, and the site itself are the work of Geenius Solutions, and remain our property. You are welcome to play them and to link to them. You may not copy a game and host it elsewhere, sell it, or present it as your own work.
No guarantees
The site is offered as it is. Games are made by one person and will sometimes have bugs, and the site will sometimes be unavailable. We do our best, but we cannot promise that a game will always work, that your progress will be kept, or that the site will always be online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site.
Links and advertising
Where the site links to another site, or in future shows an advert, we are not responsible for that other site's content or its practices. Adverts are supplied by an advertising network and are not endorsements.
Children
The games are suitable for children. Parents are welcome to hand over the iPad. If you are a parent and something on the site concerns you, please write to us and we will look at it.
